Texas Music Spotlight Series

Our debut Texas Music Spotlight Series Artist is Ty Myers.  

Ty Myers is a young artist taking the Texas Music Scene by Storm.  Watch out, Ty Myers is going to have heck of a year in 2025. His debut album “The Select” comes out January 24th. When we approached KVET about launching the Texas Music Series Spotlight, Ty Myers was the obvious choice to be our debut Featured Artists. 

In fact, Bob had heard Ty open for Randy Rogers and Wade Bowen during their 'Hold My Beer' tour, and Bob knew this young man was going to be a rising star.  

As Bob sat down with Ty recently while talking about Ty's path to music stardom, he shared with him, 

"I very seldom listen to the opening act...I mean I'll catch a few songs, but I had to stay there and watch your entire set!  There's something about you and I think it's pretty cool so let's talk about how you how you how you got there why did you give up football and baseball for a guitar?
